2. Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors), but will inform you via email if this is the case.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not process or store card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to postal issues outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content are owned by or licensed to HAHT. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website, except as required by UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
